The opening of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all duplicate accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes. pak98 is not responsible for losses resulting from account access issues caused by inaccurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. pak98 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
pak98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timelines are subject to change without prior notice and are displayed within the cashier section of your pak98 account.
All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit threshold as specified in the cashier. Deposits made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are credited in PKR. Currency conversion, if ever required, is performed at rates determined by pak98 at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. pak98 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation — including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until such documentation is supplied.
pak98 does not permit the transfer of funds between player accounts. Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, subject to technical availability. If the original method is unavailable, alternative arrangements will be determined by pak98 at its discretion.
All bets placed on pak98 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. These rules govern how bets are settled, how void bets are handled, and what constitutes a valid wager. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the real-time state of the event. pak98 shall not be liable for any delay between the live event and the in-play betting interface.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Maximum payout caps per bet and per event may also apply.
Casino games, including but not limited to live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and online slot titles available on pak98, are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by trained professional dealers broadcasting from licensed studios. All games carry a mathematical house edge, and past results do not influence future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak98 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

All content on the pak98 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the property of pak98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak98 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the platform without prior written consent from pak98.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses resulting from technical faults, delayed data feeds, or incorrect odds publication subsequently corrected under these Terms.
pak98 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows and technical interruptions may occur. Bets placed during or affected by a technical interruption may be voided at pak98's discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits pak98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
